How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice”. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature (as the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on the owner’s behalf).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on this Website where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- Your contact information: full name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on its behalf.
What Happens Next
- We acknowledge valid notices and usually act within 48–72 hours.
- If the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and may notify the person who provided it, where applicable.
- Incomplete notices may delay processing; we may contact you for missing details.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
False or Abusive Claims
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages. Please make sure your claim is accurate before submitting it.
Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate, we will remove content from, or block, sources that repeatedly infringe copyright.
